Many women (and men) crave a life that’s abundant in many ways—financially, emotionally, spiritually—but feel limited by their circumstance, financial fears, or a sense that their dreams are somehow out of reach.
As the Abundance Babe I’ve guided many women, just like you, on how to connect with their inner power, break free from scarcity, and confidently manifest a life that’s uniquely abundant. Here's how I do it.

  1. Aligning your Energy with Your Vision

    • Most people don’t know where they are trying to go. Holding the vision of your uniquely abundant life is the first step. Take the quiz below to begin discovering what your uniquely abundant life might look like.

  2. Objections as the Direction

    • You’ve likely heard the phrase “releasing limiting beliefs.” But what does it mean? As soon as you begin to imagine your abundant life there will be a list of objections that come up in your mind. This is great- your objections are the direction. You might find yourself saying things like:

      • “I don’t have the money for that.”

      • “I don’t know the right people.”

      • “I don’t have a college degree.”

    • This is totally normal, and there are valid reasons, obstacles, and objections that stand between you and your abundant life. We will work together to honor your unique obstacles in a realistic and creative way.

  3. Subtract, subtract, subtract

    • You might be surprised to learn that manifesting abundance has a lot to do with eliminating, subtracting, and saying “no” to things in your life. You have limited resources: time, vitality, knowledge, money, and attention.

    • Together we will address energy leaks that are currently causing abundance to flow out of your life and how we can patch those up so you can become a magnet to your new vision.
