Women’s Circles
Abundance is
Your Birthright
It took me so long to figure this out.
The scarcity mindset ruled my life for nearly a decade. I was afraid to speak up, push back, or stand up for the value I provided to people. I constantly made excuses for why I would accept low pay, long hours, and take little to no care of myself.
Abundance isn’t just a number in your bank account. Money is a by-product of abundance. When you feel it, and see it, life will reward you. Often, people talk about gratitude and appreciation as the entry points of abundance, but the gratitude journals never really resonated with me.
Join our women’s circle to find the nuggets of gold that are hiding in your day-to-day life.
Your Facilitator
After hosting nearly 100 women’s circles, I’ve found a format that helps women alchemize their intentions into tangible life results. I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you.
Jessica Bayers
Hey there, I’m Jessica Bayers, but you can call me Jess.
Life has led me on a crazy journey in both my personal and professional life and as a result, I now specialize in helping women attract and manifest abundance.
For the past two years, I've devoted myself to creating women’s circles that provide a nurturing sanctuary where you can dig deep into the stories you have around money, prosperity, and abundance (or the lack thereof it). These circles have felt like home to the many women who have participated in this offering. Drawing on my knowledge of Montessori Education, yoga, and neuroscience, I weave together a web of support to hold space for all of who you are.
This is a soft place for you to land during a journey of great transformation. I can't wait to welcome you into our circle!
Yasmeen Wermers
“I got more out of one circle than I have from years of therapy.”
Mari C.
“…Jessica’s [women’s circles] have been instrumental in my life. Working with her and attending Circle has truly been a transformation for me. Jessica's guidance and support during a pivotal transition were nothing short of divine timing. Her ability to create a nurturing and safe environment for self-discovery is truly remarkable.”
Circle Agenda
-
We recommend planning to arrive 15 minutes early to this event. There is a lot of magic that happens before circle starts including, creating a cozy space, pulling tarot cards, and meeting new friends.
-
During the first few minutes we will briefly introduce ourselves and practice mindfulness/meditation to ground ourselves into the space. This will look like sitting with our eyes closed and connecting with our breath. We will also go through logistics of the evening and address any questions before we start.
-
Make sure to bring your own journal so you can free write your own answers to some of the prompts we have. You will not be required to share anything you write. Our prompts are usually along the lines of "What is your personal definition of abundance?" or "What feels scarce in your life right now?." We usually spend about 15 minutes journaling.
-
This is what we will spend the majority of our time doing together. Again, it is optional to share during our circle. We will go around, one by one, sharing anything you'd like in relation to the journal prompts, abundance in general, or a recent epiphany you've had that you think is worth sharing. When someone is speaking we listen with nods and smiles, but other than that we are quiet to hold space.
-
After sitting for a while we will stand up to stretch. This embodied movement practice is not only a good way to combat long periods of sitting but it's a way to alchemize any feelings that have come up during the sharing. This helps to create feelings of joy, awe, and connection. It also serves as a smooth transition into the last part of our session. The movement practice is accessible to all physical abilities.
-
This will be your opportunity to uncover your own roadmap on how to get from where you are to where you want to be in terms of abundance. We will learn about how we can create abundance in our own lives, how a scarcity mindset can keep us stuck, and the origins of many money beliefs we hold. If you have a topic you would like to suggest please email jessica@hearthealingyoga.co with your ideas! We love to hear them.
-
At this point in your journey you will have learned so much! The excitement is palpable. We will take this time to ground, share, and explore future events we have in the future if you feel inspired to join!
FAQs
What should I bring to Circle?
An open mind and heart! Also, please bring a journal and a pen. Everything else will be provided!
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that you can move around and sit on the floor in. Bring a layer or two - in the summer the space tends to be warmer and in the winter on the cooler side.
What does the space look like?
We will have back jacks set up on the ground with blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats so you can create a cozy space for yourself. You can watch this video to get a sneak peak!
Where is this and how do I get there?
We hold our women’s circles at the lovely Yellow Barn Farm off of N Foothills highway between Boulder and Lyons. If it’s your first time at the Barn we recommend you watch this video.
The address is 9417 N Foothills Hwy, Longmont, CO 80503
Click here to get directions to the barn.
How much does this cost?
Our circles are donation-based. Pay as much as you’d like.
Can I bring an item to place on the altar?
Some of you who have been to women’s circles before understand we typically set up an altar in the middle of the space. The purpose of this altar is to set the energetic tone for the evening. It helps us anchor into the reason we are gathering. Just like a centerpiece on a table.
We would absolutely love if you would bring any stones, crystals, pictures, feathers, or other items you think would ground us into the purpose of healing from toxic relationships.
Bonus points! We are looking for someone who has the desire to contribute their skills in making altars. If you love making altars/sacred spaces please reach out to jessica@hearthealingyoga.co to ask us about this opportunity!
Why am I so nervous?
This is a question we often ask ourselves but don’t say out loud. I personally love going to women’s circles, sound bowl healings, dance classes, and things of that nature and I almost always get nervous before going for the first time. Committing yourself to do something different is scary. This is why we try to give you as many glimpses into our offering as possible. We want you to be able to imagine yourself in the space before you even get there.
You will not be forced to do anything you are absolutely uncomfortable with. If you want to get up in the middle of the ceremony and leave, we have no problem with that. We work hard to create a place where your shoulders naturally lower from your ears because you feel right at home. If that doesn’t end up being the case - we totally understand.
