Abundance is

Your Birthright

It took me so long to figure this out.

The scarcity mindset ruled my life for nearly a decade. I was afraid to speak up, push back, or stand up for the value I provided to people. I constantly made excuses for why I would accept low pay, long hours, and take little to no care of myself.

Abundance isn’t just a number in your bank account. Money is a by-product of abundance. When you feel it, and see it, life will reward you. Often, people talk about gratitude and appreciation as the entry points of abundance, but the gratitude journals never really resonated with me.

Join our women’s circle to find the nuggets of gold that are hiding in your day-to-day life.

Your Facilitator

The power of an intention is one that can propel you far. When we practice in a room together filled with those who all have big dreams and aspirations, it becomes an unforgettable event.

Jessica Bayers

Hey there, I’m Jessica Bayers, but you can call me Jess.

Life has led me on a crazy journey in both my personal and professional life and as a result, I now specialize in helping yoga teachers attract and manifest abundance.

I started out by primarily teaching children yoga and mindfulness. I took some time off from that and have been slowly making my way back to yoga. These classes are potent. They are in service of alchemizing the entire energy field in your body and within the community. I blend my background in neuroscience, yoga, and Montessori education to create an experience that you’ll never forget.

I can’t wait to see you on your mat.

FAQs

What style of yoga is this?

Good question. I like to consider this style vin-yin. Where we do a combination of vinyasa and yin. It is accessible to all levels, the class is built around simple poses that build strength and allow for deep relaxation. What makes this class different than most is we are all coming with one intention to become more abundant. This creates a powerful and potent experience.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can move around and sit on the floor in. Bring a layer or two - in the summer the space tends to be warmer and in the winter on the cooler side.

What does the space look like?

We will have back jacks set up on the ground with blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats so you can create a cozy space for yourself. You can watch this video to get a sneak peak!

Where is this and how do I get there?

We hold our women’s circles at the lovely Yellow Barn Farm off of N Foothills highway between Boulder and Lyons. If it’s your first time at the Barn we recommend you watch this video.

The address is 9417 N Foothills Hwy, Longmont, CO 80503

Click here to get directions to the barn.

How much does this cost?

We have 3 tiers: Abundance, Gratitude, and Receiving. When you sign up you can pick the tier that most resonates with your life circumstances.

Why am I so nervous?

This is a question we often ask ourselves but don’t say out loud. I personally love going to women’s circles, sound bowl healings, dance classes, and things of that nature and I almost always get nervous before going for the first time. Committing yourself to do something different is scary. This is why we try to give you as many glimpses into our offering as possible. We want you to be able to imagine yourself in the space before you even get there.

You will not be forced to do anything you are absolutely uncomfortable with. If you want to get up in the middle of the class and leave, I have no problem with that. I work hard to create a place where your shoulders naturally lower from your ears because you feel right at home. If that doesn’t end up being the case - I totally understand.
